The CQR SC517/WH Surface Mount Magnetic Contact is a compact, slimline wired contact designed for use in Grade 1 intruder alarm systems. Finished in white, this non-resistored contact is ideal for discreet installation on doors and windows in residential and light commercial environments.

Compliant with EN 50131-1 and EN 50131-2-6, the SC517 operates as a normally closed (NC) circuit, opening when the magnet is moved away from the contact housing. With an operating gap of up to 20mm, it provides reliable detection while allowing flexible installation tolerances.

Manufactured from durable HIPS material and featuring palladium contact material, the SC517 offers dependable long-term performance. Rated to Environmental Class II, it is suitable for indoor use only.
