Get ready for the dark nights
Long winter nights are a good time to check your home security. We stock doorbells, cameras and security lighting for homes and small businesses.
Doorbells
Wired doorbell kits, wireless chimes (plug-in and battery) and video doorbells. These include a Dahua 4MP 2K wired video doorbell with a Wi-Fi chime, and an Ener-J video doorbell that works wired or wireless. For wired doorbells, we also stock bell transformers. Our doorbell installation guide explains how to wire and install each type.
Security cameras
Dahua IP cameras, analogue CCTV from Eagle, and wireless battery cameras from Pyronix, including a kit with a solar panel. We also stock monitors, cable and connectors.
Security lighting
LED floodlights with PIR sensors, including wattage-switchable Bell Lighting Skyline Omni floodlights.
Installers can collect CCTV cable, connectors and junction boxes from our Peterlee trade counter. Call 0191 5181998 to check stock before you travel.
Black Friday doorbells & security: your questions
When do the Black Friday doorbell and security deals start?
Our Black Friday deals go live at midnight (UK time) on Friday 27 November 2026. Cyber Monday follows on 30 November.
Which doorbells and security products will be on offer?
We're confirming the Black Friday doorbells and security products range now. Sign up above and we'll send you an alert as soon as the deals go live.
Do I need an electrician to install a doorbell?
Not always. A wireless (battery) doorbell needs no electrical work. The low-voltage side of a wired doorbell (the bell wire, chime and push button) can be fitted by a competent homeowner or trade electrician without notification. Only the mains connection to the transformer is notifiable under Part P, and it needs a registered competent person to carry out or certify the work.
Is delivery free on Black Friday orders?
Orders over £70 + VAT get free delivery to UK mainland. Orders under £70 + VAT cost £5.99 to deliver.
