Refund policy

Returns
For damaged goods, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns reported after this period.

If you wish to make a return for a undamaged product then you must firstly contact us via a phone call or an email. The item needs to be returned with the original packaging and paperwork if included. You can return the items to our trade counter in person or via a package delivery service. It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the postal charges on these returns.

Please note: A number of electrical and lighting products are special order items and not kept on site. Some lighting items may not be possible to return and may incur a handling charge. Please contact us for any questions on returning a lighting product.

Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Faulty Goods
Please let us know if you have a faulty product. We can arrange a collection of these goods or refund your postal costs if you return them to us. We can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Warranties
Harbro Electrical stock and supply goods that are from reputable sources, should you have a problem with an item please refer to manufacturers warranty procedures. It is the responsibility of the customer to fill in extended warranty forms enclosed with the goods and these warranty claims should be dealt with directly by the manufacturers.

It is important to register the extended warranties online with the manufacturers.

Returns - Custom/Special Products

Special products are also known as any items that have been ordered in especially or cables that have been cut to length specified by the customer. Once the special products have been ordered or cut to length it is at Harbro's discretion to advise if the order can be cancelled / customer to return the item(s) with a handling charge which the customer will be notified of on an agreed cancelled order or in receipt of a returns reference.

Should a return be agreed for a special product, please ensure that it is returned in the condition received in including original packaging, all accessories, instruction manuals and any free gifts. The customer is obliged to advise the wish to return within 14 days of receipt of order. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods unless a fault has been specified before dispatch.
