Product description:

The Pyronix Enforcer Kit 1 is a complete two-way wireless alarm system built around the Enforcer V11 control panel, Grade 2 rated to PD6662:2010 and Environmental Class II. Every device in the kit talks back to the panel over Pyronix's own encrypted two-way wireless protocol, no cable runs required for any of it, and the panel itself is built to grow well beyond what ships in the box if the installation needs to expand later.

What's in the Kit

  • 1x ENF32UK-WE control panel, the Enforcer V11

  • 1x DIGI-WIFI Modem v2.28, gives the panel its cloud and app connectivity

  • 2x KX10DP-WE motion detectors, pet-immune PIR sensors

  • 1x MC1MINI-WE magnetic contact, wireless door or window contact

  • 2x KEYFOB-WE keyfobs

  • 1x DELTAMOD-WE sounder module, the working electronics for Pyronix's wireless external sounder

The Control Panel

The ENF32UK-WE ships with 32 wireless zones and 2 wired zones as standard, but it's built to expand: up to 66 total zones, and 3 programmable outputs expandable to 38, if the property or the requirement grows. That headroom matters more than it might look, adding zones later on a panel that can't take them means replacing the panel entirely, this one is specified so that doesn't happen.

It also supports up to 4 independent areas, useful for a property that needs partitioning, a home with an annexe, or a small business that wants the shop floor armed separately from a back office, rather than one all-or-nothing system covering the whole building.

Arming and disarming isn't limited to the two keyfobs in the box. The panel supports up to 80 user codes and 32 wireless keyfobs, each with its own ID, useful where several people, a family, staff on a shared premises, need independent access rather than one shared code. It also has a built-in proximity reader, so a tag can be used to set or unset the system, alongside remote arming through the ProControl+ app once the DIGI-WIFI modem connects it to PyronixCloud.

Signal Strength Indicator (SSI) lets whoever's installing the system check the wireless signal strength of every device in real time, from the panel itself, rather than guessing whether a detector at the far end of a building is going to hold a reliable connection. Also, the system includes intelligent wireless jamming detection, flagging an attempt to block the wireless signal rather than silently failing.

The Detection Devices

The two KX10DP-WE motion detectors are pet-immune PIR sensors, 10m detection range with a wireless range of up to 300m back to the panel, tolerant of pets up to around 20kg so a family dog or cat doesn't trigger false alarms. They use a dual-element pyroelectric sensor with Blue Wave technology to filter out background infrared noise that can otherwise cause false triggers, and they report their own signal strength back to the panel via SSI, same as every other wireless device in the system.

The MC1MINI-WE is a compact wireless magnetic contact for a door or window, reporting an open or closed state back to the panel the same way.

Completing the Installation

The DELTAMOD-WE gives the system a genuine, working external sounder, tamper-protected and running on its own battery with roughly 2 years of typical life, no wiring back to the panel needed. But it's the module only, the visible weatherproof housing that goes around it is sold separately. Harbro stocks the Deltabell cover in white, worth checking availability and whether a base is needed alongside it before finalising the order.

Choosing Between the Three Enforcer Kits

Kit 1 covers most single-property installs, but Pyronix sells two other configurations built around the same panel, worth knowing about before deciding this is the right one rather than after. All three kits share the same ENF32UK-WE panel, magnetic contact and DIGI-WIFI modem, where they differ:

Pyronix Enforcer Kit 2 matches Kit 1 on detectors and keyfobs but doesn't include a sounder module at all, worth knowing plainly: without one, the panel has no way to sound an alert on its own, a sounder would need adding separately for the system to actually alert anyone.

Pyronix Enforcer Kit 3 doubles the detector count to 4 and keeps the sounder module, the choice for a larger property or more rooms needing coverage, but it doesn't include keyfobs, arming and disarming would rely on the app, a code, or a proximity tag instead.

Kit 1 is the middle ground: 2 detectors, keyfobs included, and the sounder module included, though as covered above, still needs its housing added separately to be a finished, working external sounder.

See the full Pyronix range for individual components if none of the three kits matches exactly what's needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this kit include everything needed for a working alarm system?

Almost everything. The panel, zones, keyfobs and the sounder's working electronics are all included. The one thing sold separately is the sounder's external housing, Harbro stocks the Deltabell cover in white, currently on backorder, worth confirming availability and whether a base is needed alongside it before ordering.

How many people can have their own access to this system?

Up to 80 user codes and 32 individually-ID'd wireless keyfobs, more than enough for a family or a small business where several people need their own independent way in, rather than sharing one code.

Can this system cover more than one area separately?

Yes, the panel supports up to 4 independent areas, so different parts of a property, an annexe, a separate office, can be armed and disarmed independently rather than the whole system working as one zone.

Do I need to pay for PyronixCloud to use this alarm?

PyronixCloud is what gives you the ProControl+ app for remote arming, disarming and monitoring, and it's a yearly subscription. Day-to-day use, arming and disarming via the keypad, keyfobs or proximity tag, isn't dependent on the cloud service itself, the subscription is specifically for the remote and app-based features.

How do I know if a wireless detector has a reliable signal to the panel?

The system includes SSI, Signal Strength Indicator, which shows the real-time wireless signal strength of every connected device from the panel itself. Worth checking during installation rather than assuming a detector at the far end of a building will hold a solid connection.

What's the difference between Kit 1, Kit 2 and Kit 3?

Kit 1 and Kit 2 both have 2 motion detectors and keyfobs included, but Kit 2 has no sounder module at all. Kit 3 has 4 motion detectors and a sounder module, but no keyfobs, arming and disarming would rely on the app, a code, or a proximity tag. Kit 1 is the only one of the three that includes both keyfobs and a sounder module.

Can the motion detectors tell the difference between a pet and an intruder?

Yes, the KX10DP-WE detectors are pet-immune up to around 20kg, using dual-element pyroelectric sensing to distinguish a pet's movement from an intruder's, so a resident dog or cat doesn't trigger false alarms.

Can I collect this same day from the Peterlee trade counter?

Yes, held in stock at Harbro's Whitworth Road trade counter. Same-day collection during opening hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.
