Harbro Electrical Returns & Refund Policy



For damaged goods, please advise within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to make a return for a undamaged product then you must firstly contact us via a phone call or an email. The item needs to be returned with the original packaging and paperwork if included. You can return the items to our trade counter in person or via a package delivery service. It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the postal charges on these returns.

Please note: A number of lighting products are special order items and not kept on site. Some lighting items may not be possible to return. Please contact us for any questions on returning a lighting product.

Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.


Faulty Goods

Please let us know if you have a faulty product. We can arrange a collection of these goods or refund your postal costs if you return them to us. We can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.



Harbro Electrical stock and supply goods that are from reputable sources, should you have a problem with an item please refer to manufacturers warranty procedures. It is the responsibility of the customer to fill in extended warranty forms enclosed with the goods and these warranty claims should be dealt with directly by the manufacturers.

It is important to register the extended warranties online with the manufacturers.
